oh the weather outside is (delightfully) frightful...

yes... you got it... vancouver has snow! not often (about once a year im told) does this sea side city get snow... but with my luck... we have just had record snow fall in the last 7 years!

ever wondered what it would be like to shave your hair off?

me too! so ... yip. i did it. in kolkata, by the muslim guy sitting on the side of the road with a straight razor and an upturned box.

i tipped my head over with red hair nearly down to my elbows... and turned it up again without a single hair on my head.

a great lesson in non attachement... its amazing how much we identify who we are with who we see in the mirror.
