my own private universe.

Every now and then you get a yoga practise that just gives you such a different experiance than anything you have had before.

this morning i decided to take my practice down to my local beach. holding my bag above my head i waded out to the floating barg. surrounded by water my practise unfolded as though i was practicing on the breathing mother herself. of course we are always practising on mother earth. but to feel her breathing through the waves beneath me was quiet somthing.
