on the road again...

hello beautifuls,

so the retreat is over, and today maki and i are heading over to the carribiean for 2 nights to see my friend Sara. "sounds lovely" im sure you thinking... but its a grulling 10 hour day on 3 different busses not very many bathroom stops.

we went to the tree of life, it was amazing. the hike was straight up, the cave lovely, the food great, and then after lunch i basically fell straight back from where i was sitting and went straight to sleep. soooo tired. i had a nap for about 40 mins. the energy in the cave was lovely the only sound, birds and the waterfall nearby. we went swimming in the water hole as well... nothing makes me happier than being outdoors in nature.

maki and i decided to do a double whammy help out the other day. a yoga studio that i work for needs head shots of me. and she wanted some more photos to put up on her photography website www.makihanawa.com _ so we did a photo shoot of me. HA! after we got though the goofy faces and the self conciousness ... it was quiet fun. and the photos she got were awsome. i will put some of them up on here at the end of next week after we both return to vancouver... so watch this space. not bad for a chick with no hair. (well not much anyway)

i also had a reading with xenia at 12.30am on the full moon. if you want divine energy surging though your body thats the time. it was wild. lots of info on many different topics... (i had questions that needed answers - so whats new?) the answers were detailed. some made me happy, some not so much... but im sure ill talk about it with you indervidually in all good time.

so off we go to puerto veijo ... will write again soon...
